Autism Empowerment Group

This group is for Autistic children who benefit from a play-based approach to exploring self-regulation strategies and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Sessions will focus on exploring sensory regulation tools, navigating social relationships, fostering self esteem, and self advocacy. 

All new group members will have an initial individual session scheduled prior to group sessions, where they will have a chance to explore the session space and start to build a therapeutic relationship with Tory.

​OAP funding or private insurance can be used to pay for group psychotherapy sessions. ​
