Autism Empowerment Group

This group is for Autistic children and teens who benefit from a play-based or art therapy approach to exploring self-regulation strategies and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Sessions will focus on implementing sensory regulation tools, navigating social relationships, fostering self esteem, and self advocacy. 

All new group members will have a parent or family intake session scheduled prior to group sessions.

​OAP funding or private insurance can be used to pay for group psychotherapy sessions. ​
